Train
If you're in Monte Carlo and want to visit Place Massena in Nice, start at the Monte Carlo Monte-Carlo train station, which is located near the Casino de Monte-Carlo. From the station, take a train towards Nice Ville. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at Nice Ville station, exit the station and follow the signs to the tram stop.
Tram
At the Nice Ville tram stop, board the Tram Line 1 heading towards 'Hôpital Pasteur'. Stay on the tram for about 5 stops. Get off at 'Massena' stop. From there, it’s just a short walk to Place Massena. You will see the large square with its beautiful fountains and statues.
Walking
If you prefer walking from the Nice Ville station instead of taking the tram, exit the station and head southwest on Avenue Thiers. Continue straight onto Avenue Jean Médecin, which is a major shopping street. Walk about 15 minutes until you reach Place Massena on your left. The square is easily recognizable with its vibrant atmosphere and stunning architecture.
