If you are starting from the Monte Carlo Casino, exit the casino and head south towards Avenue de Monte-Carlo. Continue straight until you reach Place du Casino. From there, take the avenue leading to the east, which is Avenue de la Costa. Walk along this avenue, enjoying the luxury shops and beautiful views. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with Avenue des Spélugues. Turn left onto Avenue des Spélugues and continue walking. After a few minutes, you will see the monument on your right, in the lush green area that is the Jardins de la Petite Afrique. The monument will be visible from the avenue.

If you are starting from the Monte Carlo Train Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Boulevard Louis II. Cross the road and walk up the steps leading to Avenue des Spélugues. Continue straight along Avenue des Spélugues for about 15 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the Jardins de la Petite Afrique on your left. The Monumento in onore di Carlo III di Monaco is located within this garden area, easily visible once you are in the vicinity.

If you are coming from the Port of Monaco, exit the port area and walk towards Rue de Port. Follow this road until it merges with Avenue de la Porte Neuve.
