From Heights, you can take the Billings MET Transit bus #8, which runs every 30 minutes. Board the bus at the nearest stop to your location. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop near King Ave E and N 24th St. It’s approximately a 15-minute ride. Once you arrive, transfer to bus #5 heading towards the Heights. Get off at the stop closest to Lake Elmo State Park. The park entrance is a short walk from the bus stop.

Head south on N 27th St towards King Ave E, then take a left on King Ave E, following it until you reach the park entrance at 219 Rolling Hills Dr. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local biking laws.
