From this stop, walk approximately 0.5 miles south on Skyway Dr until you reach the entrance to Helena National Forest located at 2880 Skyway Dr, Helena, MT 59602.

    Begin your journey at the Montana State Capitol located at 1301 E 6th Ave, Helena, MT 59601. Head south on N Roberts St and take a left onto E 6th Ave. Continue on E 6th Ave, which will merge into Skyway Dr. Follow Skyway Dr for about 2.5 miles. You will see signs for Helena National Forest; the entrance is at 2880 Skyway Dr, Helena, MT 59602.
