From the Old Town of Budva, head towards the main road (Jadranski put). Walk along the promenade towards the direction of the bus station. After approximately 1.5 km, you will reach the bus station. From there, look for a local bus heading to Herceg Novi. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Herceg Novi, get off at the main bus station. From the bus station, walk towards the waterfront and continue along the promenade until you see the signs for Kanli Kula. It is located on a hill, so be prepared for a slight uphill walk. Follow the signs, and you will reach the fortress in about 10-15 minutes.

From Budva, go to the main bus station and purchase a ticket to Herceg Novi. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes around 30 minutes. After arriving at Herceg Novi bus station, exit and head straight towards the waterfront. Continue walking along the promenade, following the signs pointing to Kanli Kula. The fortress is situated on a hill, so expect some uphill walking. The entire walk from the bus station to Kanli Kula will take around 10-15 minutes.
