If you are starting from the Budva bus station, exit the station and head southwest on 29. Novembar Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto the main road (M-1) and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will see the sign for Old Town of Budva on your right. Follow the signs leading you to the entrance of the Old Town, which is a short walk down the path.
