Start at the Budva Old Town (Stari Grad). Exit the Old Town through the main gate and head towards the waterfront. From here, walk along the coast until you reach the main promenade. Continue walking along the promenade, enjoying the views of the Adriatic Sea. After about 10-15 minutes, you will arrive at the beach area. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with the main road (Jadranska magistrala). Cross the road and head uphill on the narrow path leading towards the hills. Follow the path for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the site of the Ruins of Roman-era Necropolis, located at coordinates 42.2786055, 18.8361294.

If you prefer using public transport, start at the Budva Bus Station, located near the Old Town. Look for local buses heading towards the village of Bečići or the nearby area. Take bus number 21 or any bus that says it stops near the coast. Get off at the closest stop to the beach, and from there, walk towards the main promenade. Follow the same directions as outlined in the walking option, heading towards the beach area and then up the hill to the Necropolis.
