Start at the Cetinje City Center, near the historic sites such as the Cetinje Monastery. From the Monastery, head south on Njegoševa Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road (R-22). Cross the road carefully and continue walking straight. After approximately 1 km, you will reach the entrance of the hiking trail that leads to Cetinje pećina. Follow the marked trail for about 20-30 minutes until you arrive at the upper entrance of the cave (Цетиньская пещера).

Although public transport options are limited for direct access to the cave, you can take a local bus from Cetinje to the nearby village of Lipa. Once in Lipa, look for signs that point towards the hiking paths leading to the cave. Follow the paths for about 45 minutes to reach the upper entrance of Cetinje pećina.
