Getting There

Walking
From the center of Cetinje, head southeast on Njegoševa Street towards the main road (M1). Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the M1 road. Turn right onto M1 and follow the road as it leads you downhill towards Budva. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you will reach the bus station in Budva. From the bus station, head straight towards the coast until you reach the waterfront promenade. Follow the promenade to your left until you see the Budva Citadel in the distance. It will be located at the end of the promenade, overlooking the sea.

Start at the main bus station in Cetinje, which is near the center. Purchase a ticket to Budva at the ticket counter. Board a bus that is heading to Budva; these buses typically leave every 30 minutes. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus station in Budva, exit the station and walk towards the coast. From here, follow the waterfront promenade to your left until you reach the Budva Citadel, which will be at the end of the promenade.
