Walking
From the Old Town of Kotor, head east towards the main road (M1). Exit the Old Town through the Sea Gate and turn left. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with M1, where you will see a large clock tower on your right. Cross the road and continue straight for another 15 minutes, passing local shops and cafes. You will eventually reach the City Park (Gradski Park) on your right. Continue walking straight along the main road, and after another 5 minutes, you will see the King Nikola Monument on your left, located in the park area.

Bus
From Kotor's main bus station, take a bus heading to Podgorica. The bus ride takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Podgorica bus station, exit and head towards the main road (C7). From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi. If walking, head north on C7 for about 15 minutes, and you will see the King Nikola Monument located in the City Park on your left.

You can easily find a taxi from any point in Kotor. Simply tell the driver you want to go to the King Nikola Monument in Podgorica. The trip will take approximately 1 hour and should cost around 40-50 euros. The taxi will drop you off directly in front of the monument, which is located in the City Park.
