From the center of Podgorica, head to the main bus station, which is located near the city center. You can take bus number 3 or 4 towards Kotor. The journey will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Kotor bus station, exit the station and walk towards the waterfront. Follow the signs to the Old Town (Stari Grad). Continue along the waterfront promenade until you reach Park Slobode, where Boka Bliss Boats is located.
