From the main bus station in Podgorica, take a bus to Budva. Check the schedule for departures, as they run frequently. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Budva bus station, exit the station and turn right on the main road. Walk straight until you reach the main promenade by the sea, and then follow the promenade to the left until you see signs for Fort Mogren. The fort is located on a hill overlooking the coastline.

You can also take a taxi from anywhere in Podgorica directly to Fort Mogren in Budva. Make sure to agree on a price before starting your journey. The drive will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive, your taxi can drop you off near the entrance to the fort.

If you're near the center of Podgorica, you can walk to the nearest bus stop and take a bus heading to Budva. After arriving in Budva, walk towards the Old Town.
