From the center of Podgorica, head to the main bus station (Autobuska Stanica). You can walk there in about 15 minutes from the Millennium Bridge. Take bus number 10 or 11 towards Kotor. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Kotor bus station, exit and head towards the Old Town. Follow the signs to the city center, which is about a 10-minute walk. The Kotor City Walls will be visible as you approach the old town.

From the Podgorica train station, take a train to Bar. The train ride takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Bar, transfer to the local bus that goes to Kotor. The bus journey from Bar to Kotor takes around 1 hour. Upon arriving at the Kotor bus station, exit and make your way to the Old Town. It’s a 10-minute walk, and the Kotor City Walls are located just beyond the main entrance to the old town.
