Bus
From the main bus station in Podgorica, take a bus heading towards Kotor. The bus departs frequently, approximately every hour. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Kotor, exit the bus station and head towards the Old Town. Walk straight down the main street until you reach the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront until you see the address '380, Kotor 85331'. Look for 'Montenegro Private Tours' on your right.
Train and Bus
From the Podgorica train station, take a train to Bar. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once in Bar, you can find the bus station nearby where you can catch a bus to Kotor. Buses from Bar to Kotor run regularly, and the journey takes around 1 hour.
