From the center of Podgorica, walk to the main bus station located at Autobuska stanica, located near the intersection of Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog and Ulica 13. At the bus station, purchase a ticket to Tivat. Buses to Tivat run frequently throughout the day, so you should have no trouble finding a suitable departure time. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Tivat, disembark at the Tivat bus station. From there, you can take a local taxi or walk to the Naval Heritage Collection Museum, which is about a 20-minute walk away. Head northeast on Ulica 4. Novembra, then turn left onto Ulica Vuka Karadžića and continue until you reach the waterfront, where the museum is located.
