From Podgorica, walk to the main bus station located at Autobuska stanica Podgorica. Take a bus heading to Kotor. The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Kotor bus station, exit the station and walk towards the old town. As you approach the old town, follow the signs to the waterfront and continue along the path until you reach Ulica 2. Pima Palace will be on your left.

Start at Podgorica's train station, which is near the city center. Take a train to the nearby town of Bar (approximately 30 minutes). From Bar, head to the bus station and take a bus to Kotor. This ride will take about an hour. After arriving at the Kotor bus station, walk towards the old town. Follow the signs to the waterfront and continue along the path until you reach Ulica 2, where Pima Palace is located.
