Walking
If you are starting from the Ulcinj Main Bus Station, exit the station and head east on Ulica 4. Novembra. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica 5. Jula. Turn left onto Ulica 5. Jula and follow it for about 700 meters. You will reach the main square, where you can see the Old Town in front of you. Walk up the hill towards the Old Town entrance, following the signs. The Old Town will be on your left after you pass through the entrance.
Walking
If you are at the beach area (Plaza Velika Plaža), walk north along the beach promenade until you reach the main road, Ulica 5. Jula. Turn right and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Ulica 4. Novembra, turn left. Continue until you get to the main square, then follow the directions to the Old Town entrance on your left.
Public Transport
From anywhere in Ulcinj, you can take a local bus that goes towards the center. Look for a bus stop that has buses heading to 'Centar' or 'Old Town'. Once you are at the main square, you can easily walk to the Old Town entrance, which is directly ahead of you.
Walking
If you are at the local market (Tržnica Ulcinj), head east on Ulica 4. Novembra, which is just outside the market. Walk straight for about 300 meters until you reach the main square. The Old Town entrance will be on your left.
