Walking
From the Old Town of Ulcinj, head north towards the main road, which is called 'Bulevar Revolucije'. Walk along this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Budva. At this intersection, you should see signs pointing towards Budva. Continue straight on this road. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will enter the outskirts of Budva. Keep walking straight, and you will pass several shops and restaurants. As you get closer to Budva, you will notice the architecture changing to more modern buildings. After about 2 kilometers, you will arrive at the city center of Budva. From here, head towards the seafront promenade, which is a well-known area. Walk along the promenade for about 1 kilometer until you see the signs for 'Fort Mogren'. The fort is located on a small hill with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.

Public Transport
Start at the main bus station in Ulcinj, which is located near the Old Town. From there, take a bus heading to Budva. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Budva bus station, exit the station and head towards the seafront promenade. Walk along the promenade for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs directing you to 'Fort Mogren'. The fort is situated at the top of a small hill. Follow the path leading up to the fort, where you will be rewarded with stunning views of the coast.

If you prefer a more convenient option, you can take a taxi from Ulcinj to Budva. Taxis are readily available near the Old Town. The drive to Budva typically takes around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Budva, ask the driver to drop you off near the seafront promenade. From there, it is a short walk of about 1 kilometer to reach 'Fort Mogren'. Look for signs directing you to the fort as you walk along the promenade.
