Walking
Starting from the center of Ulcinj, head east on Rruga e Dajçit towards Rruga Nene Tereza. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rruga 1 Maji. Follow this road for another 600 meters, where you will see signs directing you to St. Stephen's Church. The church is located on a hilltop and will be visible from a distance. Ascend the path leading up to the church, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the main road.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Ulcinj bus station, take a local bus heading towards Bar. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at the stop for Rruga Rozafa. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Once you get off, head up the hill on Rruga Rozafa for about 300 meters. St. Stephen's Church will be on your left as you approach the top of the hill.
