  • Walking

    Start from the Medina of Essaouira, specifically at Bab Marrakech, which is one of the main gates. Head southwest on Rue Bouznik towards Avenue Mohammed Zerktouni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue Al Moujahidine. Turn left onto Avenue Al Moujahidine and keep walking until you reach the end of the avenue. You will find the beach area. Walk along the beach to your left, and you will arrive at Plage Tagharte in approximately 30-40 minutes.

    From the Medina, walk to the bus station located near Avenue Moulay Hassan. Look for a bus heading towards Taghazout or Agadir, as these often pass by Plage Tagharte. Inform the driver of your destination, and get off when you see signs for Plage Tagharte. The journey will take around 20-30 minutes. Once you disembark, follow the signs to the beach.
