Getting There

    If you are in the heart of Fes El Bali, start at the famous Bou Inania Madrasa. From there, head west towards the Rue Talaa Kebira, which is one of the main roads in the medina. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard Ben Mohammed El Alaoui. Turn left and walk for about 10 minutes. You will soon see Bab Rcif on your right.

    If you are near the Fes Jdid area, make your way to the Bab al Makina square. From Bab al Makina, walk towards the main gate of the medina, which is Bab Boujloud. Once you enter the medina, follow the Rue Bou Inania north until you reach the intersection with Rue Talaa Kebira. Turn right and continue until you reach Boulevard Ben Mohammed El Alaoui. Bab Rcif will be a short walk ahead on your left.

    If you are starting from the famous tanneries (Chouara Tannery), walk towards the medina entrance at Bab Boujloud. Once you reach the entrance, proceed along Rue Talaa Kebira. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach Boulevard Ben Mohammed El Alaoui. Turn left onto the boulevard, and Bab Rcif will be on your right side shortly after.
