Walking
If you are starting from Jemaa el-Fnaa, head west toward Rue des Banques. Continue on this street until you reach Boulevard Mohamed V. Turn left onto Boulevard Mohamed V and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Koutoubia Mosque, which will be on your right. The Desert Luxury Camp Office is located at the Koutoubia Center, which is directly next to the mosque. Look for the building labeled 'Koutoubia Center' and enter; the office is on the 5th floor.

Taxi
From any point in Marrakech, you can take a petit taxi (small taxi) to the Koutoubia Mosque. Simply tell the driver 'Koutoubia Mosque' or 'Koutoubia Center.' The fare should be around 20-30 MAD depending on your starting location. Once you arrive, the Desert Luxury Camp Office is right next to the mosque in the Koutoubia Center building, on the 5th floor.

You can take bus number 1 or 19, which both stop near Jemaa el-Fnaa. Get off at the Koutoubia Mosque stop. From there, walk towards the mosque, and the Koutoubia Center is adjacent to it. Enter the building and take the elevator to the 5th floor to find the Desert Luxury Camp Office.
