If you are in the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, head north towards Avenue Mohammed V. As you walk, you will notice various shops and stalls. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenue Hassan II. Turn left onto Avenue Hassan II and continue walking. After about 700 meters, you will see the Marrakech Train Station on your right, located at Centre Guéliz Gare ONCF Marrakech.
