Walking
If you are in the Medina of Marrakech, start by heading towards the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. From the square, locate the food stalls and take the street that leads toward the Koutoubia Mosque. Walk past the Koutoubia Mosque, heading towards the north. After passing the mosque, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue Mohammed VI. Here, you can either take a break at one of the cafes or continue straight. Once you reach Avenue Mohammed VI, look for the signs that indicate direction to Chouirij area. It’s approximately a 15-minute walk from the Koutoubia Mosque to the Chouirij neighborhood.

If you are starting from the Majorelle Garden, exit the garden and turn left onto Rue Yves Saint Laurent. Walk straight until you reach Rue de la Liberté. Turn right onto Rue de la Liberté and continue straight. You will eventually reach Avenue Mohammed VI. Cross the avenue and continue straight until you see signs for the Chouirij area. The mosque will be located near this area, and it should take around 20-25 minutes to reach from the garden.
