From Marrakech, head to the main bus station, which is called 'Gare Routière' located in the Gueliz district. You can take a taxi or walk there if you're nearby. Once at the bus station, look for the buses heading to Ourika. The buses are frequent, and you can purchase your ticket directly at the counter. The journey to Ourika takes approximately 1 hour. Make sure to inform the bus driver of your destination, 'Ourika artisanat', so he can let you know when to get off.

Shared Taxi
Alternatively, you can take a shared taxi (also known as 'grand taxi') to Ourika. Go to the taxi station located near the 'Gare Routière'. Look for a taxi heading to Ourika, and you can share it with other passengers to reduce costs. The shared taxi will leave once it is full. The ride to Ourika will take about 30-40 minutes. Request the driver to drop you off at 'Ourika artisanat' when you arrive.

From the city center, you can also find smaller local buses that travel to Ourika. These may not be as comfortable or direct as the larger buses but are an option if you're looking for the local experience. Head towards the nearest major road where local buses frequently stop.
