Walking
If you're in the Medina area, head towards the iconic Jemaa el-Fnaa square, the heart of Marrakech. Once you reach the square, look for the entrance to Rue Riad Zitoun el Jdid, which is on the western side of the square. Walk down Rue Riad Zitoun el Jdid; you will pass various shops and cafes. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Starry Morocco Tours & Excursions, located on your left at the address Rue Riad Zitoun el Jdid, Marrakesh 40000.

If you prefer to take a taxi, find a taxi stand near Jemaa el-Fnaa. Make sure to negotiate the fare before getting in or ensure the meter is running. Ask the driver to take you to Rue Riad Zitoun el Jdid. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, Starry Morocco Tours & Excursions will be on your left as you approach the address.
