Walking
If you are in the Medina area, start by heading towards the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. From the square, walk towards the Koutoubia Mosque, which is a prominent landmark. Once you reach the mosque, continue walking straight on Rue el-Mouassine until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Liberté. Turn left onto Rue de la Liberté and keep walking. After a short distance, you will see Palais Arabe on your right. The journey is about 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace.
Taxi (Petit Taxi)
For a more comfortable option, you can take a Petit Taxi from anywhere in Marrakech. Simply tell the driver 'Palais Arabe' or show them the address: J2G5+8P4, Marrakech 40000. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes from central locations such as Jemaa el-Fnaa or Gueliz. Make sure to agree on the fare or ensure the meter is running before starting your trip.
Horse-drawn carriage (Calèche)
A unique way to explore Marrakech is by taking a calèche. You can find these horse-drawn carriages near Jemaa el-Fnaa. Ask the driver to take you to Palais Arabe. The ride will give you a scenic view of the city and take approximately 15-20 minutes. Remember to negotiate the price beforehand to avoid overpaying.
Use Palais Arabe as your starting point for nearby food, family ideas, nightlife, and more local discoveries.
