Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the center of Meknes, head towards the main square, Place El-Hedim. From there, walk towards the entrance of the Medina, which is marked by the Bab Mansour gate. Once you pass through the gate, continue straight down the main street, Rue de la Kasbah. After a short walk, turn left onto Rue Souika. Follow this street until you reach the Talaa Kebira street, where you will find various shops and cafes. Keep walking straight; you will eventually reach a small square. The Mosque of Lala Aouda is located in the Sidi Amar neighborhood, so take a right onto Rue Sidi Amar. Continue walking until you see the mosque at VCVQ+889, located in the Al Machouar - Stinia area.

  If you prefer to take a taxi, you can easily find one at various points around the city. Ask the driver to take you to the 'مسجد لالة عودة' (Mosque of Lala Aouda).
