If you are in the city center of Meknes, start at the Grand Place, which is a popular gathering spot. From there, head north towards Avenue de la Victoire. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Liberté. Turn left onto Rue de la Liberté. Keep walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue Mohammed V. Continue straight for about 500 meters. You will see Place Administrative on your right side, located at VFW2+X46.

If you are near the Meknes Train Station, exit the station and head towards Avenue de la Victoire. Turn right and walk along Avenue de la Victoire until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Liberté. Turn right onto Rue de la Liberté and continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue Mohammed V. After walking approximately 500 meters, Place Administrative will be on your right at VFW2+X46.
