Walking
From the center of Tangier, start at the Grand Socco (Place du 9 Avril) and head towards Avenue Mohammed VI. Walk along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Liberté. Turn left onto Rue de la Liberté and continue until you reach the port area. Once you arrive at the port, follow the coastline heading towards Cap Spartel. You can follow the waterfront promenade which will lead you along the beach. After approximately 3 km, you will reach the Cap Spartel area. From here, ask locals for directions towards Achakar Viewpoint, which is well-known and they can guide you to the Unnamed Road marked Q3HH+2HX where the viewpoint is located.

From the Grand Socco, take Bus Line 10 towards Cap Spartel. This bus will take you through various neighborhoods before arriving near the Cap Spartel area. Get off at the Cap Spartel stop.
