If you are starting from the main square, Plaza Primo, head east towards Avenue Mohamed V. Walk along Avenue Mohamed V until you reach the intersection with Rue El Makhzen. Turn right onto Rue El Makhzen and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue El Khaoua. Continue straight for about 700 meters until you reach the intersection with Boulevard Mohammed VI. Cross the boulevard and continue walking straight until you reach Pl. Moulay El Mehdi. The Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de las Victorias will be located on your right.

From the central bus station in Tetouan, take bus line 4 towards El Ensanche. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the stop for Pl. Moulay El Mehdi. After disembarking, walk towards the square and the Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de las Victorias will be located just on the edge of the plaza.
