If you are starting from Old Bagan, head east on the main road, known as 'Nyaung U - Old Bagan Road'. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction. At the junction, turn left onto the road leading toward Dhammayangyi Temple. Keep walking straight for about 500 meters, and you will see the temple's impressive structure rising ahead of you.

From your accommodation in Old Bagan, rent a bicycle and head east on Nyaung U - Old Bagan Road. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will encounter a junction. Turn left onto the road leading to Dhammayangyi Temple. Continue straight for approximately 500 meters, and the temple will be visible on your left.
