From the center of Bagan, head towards New Bagan on the main road. You will pass several small shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the traffic circle. Take the first exit onto the road that leads you toward Leya. After about 2 kilometers, look for signs directing you towards Nat Taung Kyaung Monastery. Follow the signs, and you will reach the monastery in about 10 minutes.

Hire a horse cart from one of the main tourist areas in Bagan, such as near the Ananda Temple. Inform the driver that you want to visit Nat Taung Kyaung Monastery.
