From Kyaiktiyo Pagoda, head southeast on the main road towards the town of Kyaikto. After about 9 kilometers, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork, which is marked for Kyaikhto. Continue on this road for approximately 5 kilometers until you see a sign for KyaikHtiYoe Wildlife Sanctuary on your right. Turn right and follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance of the sanctuary. Be mindful of local traffic rules and road conditions.

From Kyaiktiyo Pagoda, walk to the nearest bus station located near the entrance of the pagoda complex. Look for a local bus heading towards Kyaikto.
