From Mandalay Hill, head south towards the Mandalay Palace. Walk towards the southern gate of the palace and exit onto 26th Street. Continue on 26th Street until you reach the intersection with 80th Street. Turn right onto 80th Street and walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the corner with 32nd Street. Here, you can find a local bus station; board a bus heading towards Inn Wa. Inform the bus conductor that you are going to Me Nu Brick Monastery. Once you arrive in Inn Wa, disembark at the main stop. From there, walk west towards the river until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue walking straight, following the signs or asking locals for directions to Me Nu Brick Monastery. It's about a 20-minute walk from the bridge.
