Walking
If you are starting from the Sule Pagoda, head south on Sule Pagoda Road. After about 600 meters, you will reach the intersection with Bogyoke Aung San Road. Turn left onto Bogyoke Aung San Road and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye on the horizon for the Mahabandoola Bridge. As you approach the bridge, you will need to cross the road at the traffic light where it intersects with the bridge. The bridge itself will be directly in front of you.

From the Yangon Central Railway Station, exit the station and head west on Pansodan Street. Walk for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Maha Bandoola Road. Turn right onto Maha Bandoola Road and continue walking straight for about 400 meters. You will see the Mahabandoola Bridge ahead. As you get closer, cross the road at the traffic light to access the bridge.
