Getting There

Walking
From Etosha Village, head towards the main road (D2695) that leads out of the village. Follow the road in a northwestern direction. Continue walking until you reach the junction where D2695 intersects with the road leading towards Outjo. This should take about 15-20 minutes. Once at the junction, continue on D2695 for approximately 10 kilometers. You should see signs for Okutala Etosha Lodge on your right. The lodge is located off the road, so keep an eye out for the entrance.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Etosha Village. Once you have your bike, cycle towards D2695, heading in a northwestern direction. Stay on D2695 for about 10 kilometers. Look for signage that indicates the entrance to Okutala Etosha Lodge on your right. The ride will take around 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.

Taxi
If you are not comfortable walking or cycling, you can hire a taxi from Etosha Village. Inquire at your accommodation or a local shop about taxi services. When the taxi arrives, instruct the driver to take you to Okutala Etosha Lodge on D2695, Outjo. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes and will cost around N$200 to N$300, depending on negotiation and availability.
