If you are starting from the center of Katima Mulilo, head south on the main road, which is known as 1st Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the B8 road. Turn left onto the B8 road and continue for about 2 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Hippo Road. Turn right onto Hippo Road and keep walking for approximately 500 meters. The Caprivi Houseboat Safari Lodge will be on your left at Hippo Road No. 2.

To reach Caprivi Houseboat Safari Lodge by taxi, find a local taxi service in Katima Mulilo. When you get in, simply tell the driver you want to go to Caprivi Houseboat Safari Lodge on Hippo Road No. 2. The driver will take you directly there. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Katima Mulilo. Start from the center and ride south on 1st Avenue towards the B8 road.
