Walking
If you're near the Swakopmund Jetty, start by heading southwest along Strand Street towards the beach. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the D1915 road. Turn left onto D1915 and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes on your way. Keep an eye out for the Camel Farm sign on your right as you approach the D1901 road. The entrance to the Camel Farm will be just off D1901.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, begin your journey from the Swakopmund Museum. Head west along the main road, which will lead you towards the beach. Turn left onto Strand Street and continue until you reach D1915. At D1915, turn right and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the Camel Farm on your right as you approach D1901. You can park your bicycle at the entrance.
Public Transport
To reach the Camel Farm using public transport, find the nearest bus stop in the town center. Take a local bus heading towards the D1901 area. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop to the Camel Farm. From there, it will be a short 5-minute walk to the entrance. Look for signs pointing towards the Camel Farm.
