If you're starting from downtown Lincoln, head to the nearest bus stop. Take the StarTran Bus Route 25, which runs frequently. Board the bus heading towards 'South 27th & Pine Lake.' After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the '27th & A' stop. From there, walk south on South 27th Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the Lincoln Children's Zoo at 1222 S 27th St.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing program. Start at the Haymarket area and follow the bike lane south on 9th Street, then take a left on Q Street. Continue on Q Street until you reach South 27th Street. Turn right and head south for about 1 mile. The Lincoln Children's Zoo will be on your left at 1222 S 27th St.
