If you are traveling by car, start from Kathmandu. Drive towards Jiri or take a bus to Jiri, which is about a 7-8 hour journey. From Jiri, you need to take a jeep or a local bus to Salleri, which takes about 3 hours. After reaching Salleri, you can trek to Everest Base Camp, following the traditional route through Phaplu, Nunthala, and other villages.

From Kathmandu, take a tourist bus to Jiri. This bus ride is approximately 7-8 hours long. Once you reach Jiri, you can catch a local bus or hire a jeep to Salleri, which will take around 3 hours. After arriving in Salleri, begin your trek towards Everest Base Camp, passing through several villages and enjoying the scenic landscapes.

Once at Salleri, you will begin your trek towards Everest Base Camp.
