The distance is approximately 117 km and takes around 6-7 hours depending on road conditions. Once you reach Syabrubesi, you can park your vehicle at one of the local parking areas. From Syabrubesi, the trek to Langtang Valley starts.

    From Kathmandu, you can take a local bus to Syabrubesi. Buses leave from the Gongabu Bus Park and typically run from early morning until around noon.
