Getting there

Walking

From the Patan Durbar Square, walk southeast towards the main road leading to Jawalakhel. As you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking for about 15 minutes. You will pass through a lively area with shops and eateries. Keep an eye out for a big mart on your right. Once you spot the big mart, look for the entrance to a building immediately next to it. Ashtanga Yoga Nepal is located on the 1st floor of this building.

If you are near the Patan Museum, exit the museum and head north towards the main road. Turn left onto the road and continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the big mart on your right. Look for the entrance to the building next to the big mart, and head to the 1st floor to find Ashtanga Yoga Nepal.

From the main bus station in Lagankhel, walk north towards the main street. Once you reach the main street, turn right and walk for about 12 minutes until you reach the big mart on your left. The entrance to the building next to the big mart will be on your left-hand side. Go up to the 1st floor, and you will find Ashtanga Yoga Nepal.
