Walking
From the Patan Durbar Square, head north towards the main road, Lagankhel. Once you reach the road, turn left and continue straight. Walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the Lagankhel bus station. From Lagankhel bus station, you can catch a public bus heading towards Kathmandu. Make sure to get on a bus that has 'Sundhara' as one of its stops. After about 30 minutes of travel, get off at the Sundhara bus stop. From there, QFX Cinemas - Civil Mall is just a short 5-minute walk. Head southeast on the main road, and you will see Civil Mall on your left.

If you prefer to ride a bicycle, rent one from a local shop in Patan. Start from Patan Durbar Square and head towards the main Lagankhel road. Cycle straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the Lagankhel bus station. Continue on this road towards Kathmandu. After about 30 minutes of cycling, you will enter Sundhara. Look for the signs indicating Civil Mall, which will be on your left side. Park your bicycle at the designated parking area near the mall.

You can easily hire a rickshaw from any location in Patan. Simply tell the driver you want to go to 'Civil Mall' in Sundhara, Kathmandu. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Enjoy the local sights along the way as you make your way towards Kathmandu. The driver will drop you off right in front of the mall, where QFX Cinemas is located.
