Walking
If you are starting from the city center, head east on the Oude Kijk in 't Jatstraat towards the Oosterstraat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Vismarkt. Turn right onto the Vismarkt and walk straight until you reach the next intersection. Here, turn left onto the Nieuwe Markt. Continue walking straight, and you'll see the entrance to Prinsentuin on your right, just past the intersection with the Akerkhof.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the main train station, take bus line 5 or 6 towards 'Zernike' or 'Helpman'. Get off at the stop 'Haarlemmerstraat'. From there, walk south on the Haarlemmerstraat until you reach the intersection with the Oude Kijk in 't Jatstraat. Turn right and continue walking until you reach the Vismarkt. At the Vismarkt, turn left onto the Nieuwe Markt, and you will find the entrance to Prinsentuin on your right.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start at the city center and head east on the Groningerweg. Turn left onto the Oosterstraat and continue straight until you reach the Vismarkt. Turn right and then left onto the Nieuwe Markt. Cycle straight, and you will see Prinsentuin on your right side. There are bike racks available near the main entrance.
