Getting There

  • Car

    From Kinderdijk, get onto the N214 road. Head south towards the A15 motorway. Merge onto the A15 heading towards Rotterdam. After approximately 15 kilometers, take exit 23-Rotterdam-South and merge onto the A16. Continue on the A16 for about 5 kilometers, then take exit 25 towards Rotterdam-Centrum. Follow the signs for Blijdorp Zoo. The zoo is located at Blijdorplaan 8, 3041 JG Rotterdam. Parking is available at the zoo, but note that there may be a fee for parking.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Rotterdam Zoo using public transport, start from the Kinderdijk bus stop. Take bus line 90 towards Rotterdam, which runs frequently. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Rotterdam, Dijkzigt stop. From there, transfer to tram line 7 towards Rotterdam, Willemsplein. After 3 stops, get off at the Blijdorp stop. The zoo is a short 5-minute walk from the tram stop. Make sure to check the latest bus and tram schedules for any changes.
