Walking
If you are in the central area of Maastricht, head towards the Markt square. Look for the large square with various cafes and shops. The Town Hall is located on the eastern side of the square at Markt 78. You can easily recognize it by its beautiful facade and the clock tower. It should take you about 5 minutes to walk there from anywhere in the Markt area.
Public Transport
If you are further away from the center, take bus line 1, 2, or 3 from any nearby bus stop towards 'Centrum'. Get off at the 'Markt' stop. From there, it is a short walk to the Town Hall. Simply walk towards the square, and you will see the Town Hall on your left at Markt 78. The total journey will take around 15-20 minutes, including waiting times.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can easily ride to the Town Hall. There are bike lanes throughout the city. Head towards the Markt square, where you can park your bicycle in the designated bike parking area. The Town Hall is right at the square, located at Markt 78. Depending on your starting point, it should take about 10 minutes to reach.
