If you are in the center of The Hague, head to the nearest tram stop. Look for Tram line 9, which is headed towards 'Scheveningen'. Get on the tram and stay on for about 15 minutes. You will need to get off at the 'Beatrixlaan' stop. From there, transfer to Tram line 20 towards 'Rotterdam'. Once on line 20, stay on for about 30 minutes until you reach 'Rotterdam Blaak' station. After getting off, walk for about 5 minutes straight towards Grotekerkplein, where you will find the Erasmus Monument at number 50.
Train
From The Hague Central Station, take a train towards Rotterdam Central Station. The train journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Rotterdam Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the tram stop located outside. Take Tram line 21 or 24 towards 'Rotterdam Lombardijen' and get off at 'Grotekerkplein'. The Erasmus Monument will be right in front of you at number 50.
Bus
If you prefer to travel by bus, go to The Hague Central Station and look for bus line 32. Board the bus towards 'Rotterdam'. The bus ride will take about 40 minutes. Disembark at the 'Grotekerkplein' stop. The Erasmus Monument will be a short walk from there, located at number 50.
Walking
If you are already in the Rotterdam area, you can simply walk to the Erasmus Monument. From the nearest landmark, such as the 'Rotterdam Central Station', head southwest on Weena and continue straight until you reach Grotekerkplein. The monument will be located at number 50. This walking route will take approximately 20 minutes.
