If you are in the center of The Hague, walk to The Hague Central Station (Den Haag Centraal). From there, take tram line 2 towards 'Zichtenburg'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Laakweg' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight down Laakweg until you reach the intersection with Noordpolderkade. Turn left onto Noordpolderkade, and you will find Fontein theepot located at number 38 on your right side.

If you are close to the city center, you can walk to Fontein theepot. Head southwest on the Spui towards the Grote Markt, then continue onto the Zwarteweg. Follow this road until it turns into Laakweg. Walk straight down Laakweg for about 15 minutes. When you reach the intersection with Noordpolderkade, turn left and continue walking until you see Fontein theepot at Noordpolderkade 38 on your right.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops available around The Hague. From the city center, head towards the Malieveld and follow the signs for Laakweg. Continue cycling straight along Laakweg for about 15 minutes. When you arrive at the intersection with Noordpolderkade, turn left, and Fontein theepot will be located at number 38 on your right. Make sure to secure your bike at one of the bike racks.
