If you are near the city center (e.g., the Hofvijver or Binnenhof), take tram line 1 towards Scheveningen. Get off at the 'Koninginnegracht' stop. From there, walk along the street in the direction of the beach for about 10 minutes. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Continue walking straight until you reach Harteveltstraat, and then turn left. The museum Beelden aan Zee will be on your right.
